Samantha & David started as bar tenders and believe in developing people to help them reach their full potential. People believed in them throughout their careers with special mention going out to the amazing Tim Bacon (Living Ventures) & Tony Hughes (M&B) who saw something; as surprising as that may seem; and supported them to grow and develop from bar tender to CEO roles in the industry.
We are a family business operating The Bridge Inn & The Devonshire Arms and our people matter to us with many having grown and flourished with us. We pay well, have always approved holidays and it is an incredibly unusual occurrence for full time team not to get 2 days off together.
